Returns Policy

To return a Chris Moore Merchandise Store product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, simply email us at support@printphase.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. Once you have received your RMA number, please write it on a conspicuous place on the outside of the return package.

What can be returned:Returns will only be accepted if a product is faulty or shipped incorrectly. In the event of a return, the customer must notify support@printphase.com within 30 days of being purchased and must not yet have been washed. We are not responsible for any misspelling or product size ordering mistakes made by our customers.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges on returned products will be reimbursed.
